Leadership lecture «Experience and peculiarities of cargo transportation organization»

As part of the implementation of the 4 GOALS of the Sustainable Development Goals – QUALITY EDUCATION, on April 19, 2024, al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a leadership lecture by the head of the Auto Department of the International Company Starget Auto, Kasainova Indira Aitmagambetovna on the topic «Experience and features of cargo transportation organization» for students of the specialty «Logistics» of the Higher School of Economics and Business.

During her speech, Indira Kasainova shared her experience in building business processes for cargo transportation, and also paid attention to the issues of choosing partners in multimodal transportation in the foreign market. The speaker also spoke about the prospects for the development of international logistics. As Indira Kasainova noted, logistics occupies a leading position in many ratings of the most sought-after specialties of the future. The issues of training competitive specialists in demand on the labor market in the field of logistics, career and professional growth opportunities, leadership qualities necessary for a person to achieve heights in career and life were discussed.

At the end of the lecture, the participating teachers and students exchanged questions and answers and had interesting discussions.
