As part of the campaign, "Almaty is our common home", announced by the Akimat of Almaty, a clean–up day was held at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. On April 12, 2024, from 9.00 to 13.00, 4th-year students of the BT20-01 and BT20-02 groups of the specialty "6B070103 - Biotechnology" of the Department of Biotechnology of the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology participated in a clean-up day on campus.
The purpose of the event: To develop a sense of responsibility, the development of teamwork skills, the desire to take care of the improvement of the campus at the native university, as well as to develop a sense of mutual support and mutual assistance through collective work for the benefit of the native university
The students, together with the curator, conscientiously cleaned the provided area, took out the garbage, helped each other, and finished the work with satisfaction.
