Implementation of inclusive learning for undergraduate educational programs

Associate Professor of the Department of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-Based Medicine, Candidate of Medical Sciences Ussatayeva G.M. took part in the work of the Spring School “Implementation of inclusive learning for undergraduate educational programs” as a guest trainer. She prepared a speech on the topic “Development of services for people with disabilities in university settings (Erasmus+ DECIDE project).” The next day of the Spring School Usataeva G.M. organized the training “Organization of a support service for students with special educational needs.” The training was based on many years of experience of many countries in the field of inclusive education. The Special Educational Needs Student Services/Office coordinates support for students to enable them to fully participate in the institution and get the most out of their educational experience. After lunch on the same day, a training was held on the topic “Raising awareness of inclusive education using social marketing and project management approaches” (at the OVPO level). The purpose of this training is to cover a wide range of issues about social marketing and project management, which is designed to provide a basis for the most important issues of theory and practice for organizing large-scale events or implementing programs.
