Scientific seminar on "Legal protection of lands: problems, solutions and development prospects

On April 22, 2024, a scientific seminar was held by the senior lecturer of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Yerezhepkyzy Rosa on the topic "Legal protection of lands: problems, solutions and development prospects" as part of the implementation of Goal 12. April 22 is celebrated not just a big, but a truly global holiday – International Mother's Day -International Mother Earth Day, held under the auspices of the United Nations, is the day of our common cozy home. The holiday was officially established at the 63rd session of the UN General Assembly on April 22, 2009 (resolution No. A/RES/63/278).
The purpose of the scientific seminar is to formulate the concept of legal support for land protection, improve legal tools to ensure the preservation and improvement of qualitative and quantitative indicators of land, and solve legal problems related to the performance of land protection duties.
