On April 24, 2024, at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, a meeting was held for first-year undergraduates of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with representatives of the French Embassy in Kazakhstan on the topic “Scholarship programs in France.”
The event was attended by first-year students of dual-degree programs, such as the program of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and the engineering school ENSAIA of the University of Lorraine, as well as students from other faculties. The meeting was organized by Nazerke Mukhtarkyzy, representative of project work on university and cultural cooperation issues at the French Embassy in Kazakhstan, and Gulzara Suleimenova Tashbolatovna, coordinator of Campus France.
During the meeting, students received answers to all questions regarding admission to French universities, as well as information about the conditions of participation in scholarship programs such as "Abai-Vern", "MOPGA–Master Kazakhstan", and "Scholarships of the French Government for Social Coverage" (BCS – Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan).
