The ХVІ Republican Student Subject Olympiad was held in the specialty “Life Safety and Environmental Protection” (subject “Basics of Life Safety”).

The Faculty of Geography and Nature Management of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi together with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 29-30, 2024 held XVІ Republican Student Subject Olympiad (RSPO) on the specialty “6B11201 - Life Safety and Environmental Protection” (subject “Basics of Life Safety”). The chairman of the commission is Ainabekova Maral Beisenbekovna, a teacher of the National Center for Scientific Research, Training and Education in the field of civil protection.

The purpose of the Olympiad: to identify and support the creative abilities of the most gifted students; to promote the formation of intellectual potential; as well as involving students in solving scientific problems of our time and the development of interest in scientific activity.
