International Scientific and Practical Conference "Constitutional Principles of the Administration of Justice"

Today, on 10.05.2024, associate professor of the Department of Customs, Finance and Environmental Law, candidate of Legal Sciences Kuandykov Kaldarbek Zhunisbaevich took part in the International Scientific and practical conference "constitutional principles of the administration of justice" within the framework of the 16th SDG "peace, justice and effective institutions". The international scientific and practical conference was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of K. A. Mami, doctor of law, professor, chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the prosecutor general of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference was held as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of Al – Farabi Kazakh National University. The conference was attended by legal scholars from Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, Belarus and other countries. The conference discussed topical issues of the administration of justice and institutions of justice in society.
