KazNU students are the best in the Huawei ICT Competition

Students of Al-Farabi KazNU became the best according to the results of the VIII annual Huawei ICT Competition, winning in two key areas: Cloud and Computing.

This success confirms the high level of competence of Kazakhstani students and their readiness for professional challenges in ICT.

This year, a record number of participants from over 90 countries took part in the competition: more than 170 thousand students from over 2000 universities.

Didar Moldakhmetov and Aida Begaidarova, 4th year students of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, won the Cloud Track competition.

It should be noted that in the direction of Cloud Track Aida Begaidarova is the winner of the 1st place among the teams from 74 countries at the seventh annual Huawei ICT Competition 2023.

Students of the “Intelligent Control Systems” educational program Didar Moldakhmetov and Aida Begaidarova are not only scholarship holders of the Presidential Scholarship and candidates for a diploma with honors, but also the pride of our university.
