The international scientific and practical conference “The study of medieval cultural heritage” will be held

On June 13, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., an international scientific and practical conference will be held at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, 4th floor, 432 auditorium named after Academician Absattar Derbisali, to the 90th anniversary of al-Farabi Kazakh National University and the 60th anniversary of PhD, Associate Professor Akhmetbekova A. K. “A study of medieval cultural heritage”.

The main directions of the conference:

1) The study of medieval written monuments as a literary heritage;

2) Medieval written monuments-linguistic and cultural sources;

3) Medieval written monuments-historical and cultural heritage;

4) Theological and philosophical problems in medieval written monuments.

The conference materials will be published after the conference in the form of a collective monograph.
