The trade union presented 250 children with school backpacks

With the support of the university administration, the trade union of employees of Al-Farabi KazNU "Parasat" presented children going to the first grade this year with a backpack and school supplies.

Thus, 250 children were provided with a school bag with stationery. In particular: pens, pencils, notebooks, album, plasticine, watercolors and others.

The annual event, which is held for the eighth time, was attended by the chairman of the trade union of employees of KazNU "Parasat" Talgat Mekebayev, deans of faculties, parents and children.
Talgat Mekebayev made a welcoming speech, wishing the children good luck and success in the new academic year. In his speech, the chairman of the trade union noted the importance of this action.

"The first school year is a responsible and important stage for parents and children. Our goal is to pay special attention to social support for employees. Preparing a child for school significantly affects the family budget. We believe that backpacks from the trade union committee are a good help for parents. This year 250 first-graders are receiving school bags. The backpacks are of high quality," Talgat Mekyebayev said.

In turn, employees of KazNU and their children expressed gratitude and warm wishes to the organizers.
During the event specially invited animators showed their talents and gave children a good mood. They demonstrated interesting chemical experiments to the guests.
