The word “Teambuilding” came to our language from English. It brings people together and unite them. So, the staff of the Department of Foreign Languages decided to organize teambuilding to celebrate the successful completion of the academic year. The teachers made a decision to visit Turgen on June 29, 2024. The idea of teambuilding belongs to the head of the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology, Dzhamilya Zhambylovna Dosmagambetova. The teachers of the Department supported her idea with great pleasure. To organize this important event in a very good way a group of active, cheerful, creative and charismatic young teachers with a good sense of humor was formed. The team was led by the chairman of the trade union bureau of the Department, Tolegen Merkibaev. The team members were Tleulinova M.B., Suttibaev N.A., Ushkempirov B.M., Usenova E., Zhamalova T., Ermakhanbet N., Turlykul D. and Zhemilova M. They did their best to organize an interesting program that included various kinds of quests: musical, literary, logical, etc. They also prepared the prizes and the gifts for the winners. The given event allowed the teachers of the Department to have a great time in nature, to enjoy the amazing beauty of the Turgen mountains, to breath fresh air and to eat delicious food in the fresh air with kuyrdak and barbecue.
Teambuilding cannot fully describe our united and friendly team. The staff of our Department consists of creative language teachers with a high methodological and linguistic competence who use advanced technologies in teaching students foreign languages. Our motto is “The success of our students is our success!”
The distinctive features of the corporate culture of our department are our solidarity, focus on success, friendly working atmosphere and the desire to build a comfortable psychological environment in the classroom that promotes productive educational activity of the students. The staff of our Department expresses deep gratitude to the Chairman of the KazNU “Parasat” trade union, T.K. Mekebaev. for providing a bus for the trip.
