KazNU students at the Summer School of Xinjiang University (China)
Students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University have arrived in China to participate in the summer school of Xinjiang University. This is a unique opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and cultural enrichment.
The first day was dedicated to getting to know the campus and organizational issues. The students met with the teachers, got acquainted with the course program and learned about upcoming events.
On the second day, an opening ceremony was held with the participation of the leadership of Xinjiang University. The summer school program includes lectures on advanced scientific problems in geography, such as climate change, the process of urbanization, etc., as well as new technologies and methods of geographical research.
The summer school will continue for two weeks, during which students will be able not only to gain valuable knowledge, but also to strengthen international cooperation. The event covers the field of sustainable development, such as: quality education, partnership for sustainable development (4, 17).
The bilateral program "Summer School" of KazNU - Xinjiang Universities is a continuation of cooperation between Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and Xinjiang University in the field of geography and remote sensing.
