Systemic cyber-training technologies in psychology, entrepreneurship and management
We are pleased to inform you that the Institute for Advanced Training and Continuing Education, in collaboration with the Department of General and Applied Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, is conducting an offline professional development course titled “Systemic Cybertraining Technologies in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Management” for psychologists, educators, managers, and social workers. The course will take place from September 16 to 26, 2024, over 10 days (72 hours). The cost is 25,000 KZT per participant.
During the course, participants will:

Learn:
- Methodological foundations and categories of social psychology in activity and its subjects;
- Principles of social communication, interaction, and training;
- Theoretical, empirical, methodological, and practical bases for organizing collective activities;
- Current trends in science;
- How to use modern technical tools in psychology, including the cyberometer.

Develop skills to:
- Work with the cyberometer model by N.N. Obozov - V.S. Beloly;
- Create paper versions of the cyberometer based on client needs;
- Model, plan, organize, diagnose, and predict joint activities' processes and outcomes;
- Apply modern methods, techniques, and innovations in their professional work;
- Analyze and evaluate the results of innovation implementation, including applying their own technologies.
The course aims to enhance professional skills, research capacities, intellectual development, and creativity, enabling participants to excel in roles such as educators, psychologists, managers, trainers, and social workers. The knowledge and competencies gained can be utilized in educational, pedagogical, and production processes to meet evolving requirements and ensure optimal staff adaptation to changing conditions.
