Systemic Cyber-Training Technologies in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Management
We are pleased to inform you that the Institute of Advanced Training and Additional Education, in collaboration with the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, is organizing a professional development course titled "Systemic Cyber-Training Technologies in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Management" for psychologists, educators, managers, social workers, and other professionals. The course will be held offline.
Course Duration: 10 days (72 hours)

Course Fee: 25,000 KZT (per participant)
During the course, participants will:
- Learn:
- The methodological foundations and categories of social psychology of activity and its subject;
- The principles of social communication, interaction, and training;
- Theoretical, empirical, methodological, and practical foundations of organizing collective and group activities;
- The latest trends in science;
- How to use modern technical tools in psychology, including the cybernometer.
- Gain skills in:
- Operating the cybernometer model developed by N.N. Obozov and V.S. Beloly;
- Creating a paper version of the cybernometer based on client needs and requests;
- Modeling, planning, organizing, diagnosing, researching, and forecasting processes and results of group activities;
- Applying modern methods, techniques, and innovations in their professional work;
- Analyzing and evaluating the results of innovation implementation in their professional activities, and introducing their own original technologies.
Course Objective: The course "Systemic Cyber-Training Technologies in Psychology, Entrepreneurship, and Management" aims to enhance participants' professional skills, research capabilities, intellectual and creative levels for successful performance in roles such as educator, psychologist, researcher, trainer, manager, or social worker.
The knowledge and practical competencies gained in this professional development course will enable participants to apply them in educational, pedagogical, and production processes, meeting modern requirements and ensuring smooth adaptation of personnel to changing conditions.
Participants who successfully complete the course will be awarded a certificate for 72 hours (of a special format).
