Management of national companies within the framework of economic liberalization policy
In accordance with the 16th goal of the SDGs in the direction of "peace, justice and effective institutions" оn September 24, 2024, 4th year students of the specialty "6B04103 - Economics" of the Department of Economics held a round table within the framework of the discipline "National Economy". The purpose of the round table was to discuss the issues of the Message of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan "Fair Kazakhstan: law and order, economic recovery, public optimism", namely, determining compliance with the conditions of equality in the market through optimizing the state's share in the economy.
The students discussed the main directions for further economic liberalization, issues related to regulating market access and eliminating administrative barriers, as well as minimizing artificially created advantages for quasi-public sector entities.
This topic is particularly relevant at present, as effective management of national companies and the creation of equal conditions in the market play an important role in stimulating economic growth. The participants noted that reducing costs associated with regulating the interaction between businesses and government bodies is an important step towards simplifying business conditions and increasing overall economic efficiency.
