On October 5, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University organized a general university clean-up. It is the civic duty of the residents of each locality to take care of the environment and ensure that its ecosystem is not disturbed. The consequences of maintaining cleanliness in the environment contribute to the implementation of several Sustainable Development Goals. For the 11 goals of the SDGs, it is necessary to clean the city of various garbage in a timely manner. This has a great positive impact on the ecology of the city. Teachers and students of the Department of Language and General Education Training of foreigners took part in this clean-up unanimously and contributed to the event. It is also known that the traditional actions to clean up the campus have a significant educational value.
