Curatorial hour on the topic: "Gender equality and Kazakh mentality"

On October 9, 2024,  within the framework of SDG 5:  Gender Equality  an open curatorial hour on the topic "Gender equality and Kazakh mentality" was held by  A. Baitursynuly Department of Kazakh Linguistics  at the Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi  Kazakh National University. The main aim of ​​the event was  to discuss  the economic, political and social significance of gender equality. During the event the participants discussed  gender equality in different countries of the world and in Kazakhstan. They also talked about  the importance of gender equality from the point of view of the Kazakh mentality and national values.

Organizers of the event: the 2nd-year master's degree  students of  "Kazakh Philology" major  and the candidate of philology sciences L.T. Alimtayeva of A. Baitursynov Department of Kazakh Linguistics  at Faculty of Philology of Al-Farabi KazNU.
