On October 4, 2024, on the eve of the celebration of Teacher's Day, a meeting with veteran teachers was organized at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University by the Department of Pedagogy and Educational Management.
The purpose of the event is to express gratitude and appreciation to veterans for their selfless work and dedication to the profession, as well as to increase students' motivation for teaching through familiarization with the professional experience and life achievements of veterans of education.
The meeting, which was attended by teachers, doctoral students, undergraduates and students, was attended by veterans of pedagogical work – Z.U. Zhantekeeva, L.K. Turkpenova, J.R. Bashirova, K.Zh. Zholtayeva, S.D. Esenzholova, Sh.T. Taubayeva, A.K. Kusainov, G.K. Akhmetova, N.A. Asanov, Mamyrbekova G.A.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of warmth and sincerity. The guests recalled significant moments of their teaching activities, answered students' questions, shared their experience and wise advice, and addressed words of farewell and wishes of success to the youth in their future professional life. In turn, the students made musical congratulations, read poems dedicated to the most noble profession on earth.
