The 21st century's moral and social imperatives emphasize the formation of professional mobility, competitiveness, and the ability to work in teams. These qualities are essential for professional success and align with the evolving vocational orientation of modern educational environments, which must meet the dynamic demands of a polytechnic and rapidly changing world.

Career guidance is transforming, requiring a fundamental shift in its goals, content, and approaches. This new model is characterized by its forward-thinking and polymorphic nature. It supports the personal development and socialization of students and helps them make informed, value-driven career decisions. This approach also fosters readiness for both typical and unforeseen career paths.

As part of this transformation, teachers from the Faculty of Pre-University Training delivered a lecture on the effective use of new technologies in education. The lecture introduced participants to the challenges of creating Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and explored various digital pedagogical tools used in the classroom.
