SDG-3. KazNU students met with the world champion

Recently, 2nd-year students of the Printing and Electronic Mass Media Department took an exclusive interview with Nuray Akhmarova, a five-time Kazakhstan Jiu-Jitsu Champion and a bronze medalist of the 2021 World Championship. In this interview, the champion told students how she combines sports and studies, and shared her methods for maintaining a balance between classes and training.

For Nuray, the most important achievement on the path to success is discipline and proper time management. She tries to plan each of her days and do everything carefully and responsibly. In addition to physical training, Nuray pays great attention to psychological stability.
