THE MOST IMPORTANT EVENT IN THE LIFE OF A STUDENT OF THE KAZAKH NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

The dedication to the students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is one of the most significant and solemn events in the life of every freshman. This moment symbolizes the beginning of a new stage in life, when the doors to the world of knowledge, scientific discoveries and personal growth open for young people.
On September 28, 2024, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held an evening of admission to the ranks of students within the framework of SDG-4.
Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, founded in 1934, proudly bears the name of the great thinker of the East, philosopher and scientist al-Farabi. The University is one of the leading universities not only in Kazakhstan, but also in the entire Central Asian region. Every year, its walls are filled with thousands of new students who are ready to conquer the heights of science and strive for academic success.
Dedication is not just a tradition, but also a symbolic transfer of student rights and responsibilities, a reminder of the importance of a responsible approach to learning and striving for high quality knowledge. On this day, freshmen become part of a huge university family that has been educating outstanding scientists, politicians, public figures and entrepreneurs for decades.
The solemn ceremony began with congratulations and parting words from the rector of the University, Zhanseit Kanseitovich Tuimebayev.  He shared success stories and plans aimed at improving the student's life and creating the most favorable conditions, inspiring young students to believe in themselves and use all the opportunities provided by the university. 
The special atmosphere of this day was created by interactive events and a cultural program in which each student felt like a part of a unique academic and student life. 
The dedication to KazNU students is not just an official event, it is the beginning of a path that will be full of new knowledge, discoveries and achievements. Each student has a long and intense educational process ahead of them, scientific research and participation in public life.
