October 8, 2024 by the club "Madeniet.kz " it was organized by students of the 3rd year of the educational program "6B03102-cultural studies" and curator Kuderina A.N. students of the 1,2,3 course of the educational program "6B03102-cultural studies" and senior lecturer of the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies Alikbaeva M.B. a student discussion on the topic "Multiculture in Kazakh society" was held. The main purpose of the discussion was to discuss the issues of multiethnic and cultural diversity in Kazakh society and the differentiation of its pros and cons with a Single Kazakh culture. Opening the discussion, moderator, 3rd year student of "6B03102-cultural studies" Zhambyl Arailym spoke about the importance of multiculture in Kazakhstan and its impact on modern society. He noted that harmony and cooperation between ethnic groups in society is a special value for Kazakhstan. During the discussion, 3rd year student "6B03102-cultural studies" Kurman Laura, 2nd year student "6B03102-cultural studies" Akbota Shailda told about the deep history of multiculturalism in Kazakhstan. He noted that the country has a long tradition of peaceful coexistence of various ethnic groups and cultures, and this is part of the uniqueness of our state.
