In KazNU 1000 people sang the anthem for the Day of the Republic

In Al-Farabi Kazakh National University 1000 people sang the National Anthem for the Republic Day.

The event was actively attended by deans of faculties, faculty members, university staff and young students.
In his speech, the Head of State Kasym-Jomart Tokayev said: ‘Republic Day is a majestic symbol of our people's centuries-old dream of independence. This holiday reminds us that thanks to unity and solidarity our people have always overcome any challenges and trials. Following the precepts of our ancestors, we preserve and strengthen national unity, honour and protect our sovereignty’.
It should be noted that on the eve of the bank holidays in KazNU large-scale events are held.  In particular, scientific and practical conferences, creative and patriotic contests, charity events are organised. Also in honour of the Republic Day among students are held Challenges. These videos are published in the social networks of the university.
