UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS DISCUSSED

In September 2015, at the 70th session of the UN General Assembly, a new global agenda was adopted - "Transforming the world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development", which includes 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
One of the features of the adopted goals is that they are intended not only for governments, but also for other participants in the sustainable development process in the world - businesses, civil society and all individuals. The SDGs are globally recognized goals aimed at eradicating poverty, combating inequality and injustice, protecting the planet and ensuring peace and prosperity for all.
Group 110 of the Faculty of Law of the Al-Farabi KazNU, under the guidance of advisor D.A. Bakirov discussed the UN Sustainable Development Goals. During the discussion of the UN SDGs, students were provided with information about these goals, and a training was held on the basics of entrepreneurship and the development of creative thinking. The purpose of the training was to promote the development and identification of entrepreneurial abilities and the development of entrepreneurial thinking among young people.
During the training, students discussed popular business cases in the country and the world in detail, shared their thoughts in heated debates. As a result of the training, students will acquire skills in searching for and evaluating business opportunities, competitive business environment tools, and developing entrepreneurial projects.
