"MY PROFESSION IS MY FUTURE!" The talent festival among 1st year students has started!

Get acquainted with the rules of the talent festival among 1st year students "MY PROFESSION IS MY FUTURE!"!

Festival organizers: Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Social and Educational Department, KazNU ART Center, Committee of Youth Organizations.

Goals and objectives of the festival

- through the art of talented youth who have proven themselves at competitions in multifaceted art, to show the breadth and height of the national spiritual space of the youth of New Kazakhstan;

-mastering modern complex musical and stage material (musical), reaching a high level of the annual festival of student amateur performances;

- popularization among the student youth of the power of the art world, uniting multifaceted talent, uplifting the spirit of youth;

- preservation of moral values of KazNU students, popularization of national traditions among them;

- students' awareness of the value of their own creativity and understanding of the importance of collective creativity.

The order of the festival

2.1. The festival is attended by 1st year students of the University.

2.2. Each faculty participates in the festival of the 10-minute theatrical performance "My profession is my future!".

2.3. The selection of talented students participating in the festival is carried out by responsible specialists and student deans at their faculties.

2.4. the theatrical performance participating in the final of the festival will be evaluated by a jury consisting of the directors of the Department of Social and Educational Work and pop stars of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professional specialists of the ART Center and the chairman of the Committee of Youth Organizations.

2.5. The winners of the competition will have the opportunity to demonstrate their performances in the Al-Farabi Library, at the final gala concert of the festival, which will be held on November 15.

2.6. At the end of the festival, the winners are awarded with diplomas.

Requirements for the fetival

3.1. requirements for the festival:

- Disclosure of information about the need for your profession in the future through a single storyline;

- to show the prospects of self-development in your profession

- quality of performance, entertainment, video content, support for modern information and communication technologies, various images/props.

- In a 10-minute performance, types and genres of art can be used (dances: from folk to modern dances; vocals: from classics to modern songs; instrumental music: from classics to modern world/popular hits, all kinds of instruments, gymnastics, circus acts, etc.)

- The use of minimal costs and original approaches to the details

 Deadlines and stages

4.1. from October 10 to October 31 – preparation and selection of creative students within the faculty under the guidance of deputy deans, student deans, curators and advisors (Stage I)

4.2. from November 4 to 10 (according to the schedule) – selection under the guidance of the jury group (Stage II)

4.3. November 15 – the final and the award ceremony at the Al-Farabi Library
