"A profound affirmation of the ideology of law and order in society"

On October 15, 2024, within the framework of the CRC (16), the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi held an event with the participation of students of the Faculty of Law.
The moderator was the head of the department, PhD in Law, Associate Professor Useinova K.R.
The main speaker of the event was PhD in Law, Associate Professor Kultemirova L.T.
Including the invited speakers of the event were representatives of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov, Police Lieutenant Colonel Anes A.K. and Police Lieutenant Colonel Tyndybaev K.T. In her speech, Asem Kyrgyzbekkyzy dwelt in detail on the issues of offense prevention, emphasizing the importance of protecting and respecting not only her own rights, but also the rights of other PERSONS.Speaking about the problems of cyber fraud, Kuanysh Kudaibergenovich revealed the features of a number of the most popular types of crimes committed using information technologies and ways to protect against them.
Concluding the event, associate professor of the department Kultemirova L.T., using the example of zero tolerance for any manifestations of violations of the law, emphasized the relevance of the participation of civil society in ensuring the rule of law in the country, in the formation of the ideology of law and order.
