Meeting of primary trade union organisations of Almaty city and regional branches of the Republican public association of sectoral trade union of health care workers ‘SENILM’

October 28, with the participation of Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, Labour Law, Faculty of Law, Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Doctor PhD Ryskaliev Dauletbay Urazgalievich and heads of primary trade union organizations of Almaty city and regional branches of the Republican Public Association sectoral trade union of health workers ‘SENLM’ were discussed the results of festive celebrations dedicated to the ‘Day of Trade Unions’ and held a meeting of the regional council of trade unions.

Along with the welcoming speech at this meeting was made by the chairman of the territorial association of trade unions ‘Trade Union Centre of Almaty city’, deputy of the maslikhat of Almaty city Umirbaeva Z. A., chairman of Almaty city branch Nesipkaliev A. J. and chairman of Almaty regional branch Kuanov T.

On the first issue of the agenda of the meeting with the report ‘On insurance of professional liability of medical workers’ was made by lecturer - business trainer, master of legal sciences, lawyer on labour law Mustafanova Elmira Nuralievna Mustafanova.

On the second question Ryskaliev Dauletbay Urazgalievich Ryskaliev delivered a lecture on ‘Social and labour relations, status of trade unions’.

The issues raised were actively discussed, specific answers to the questions raised were given, ways of solving the upcoming complex problems were outlined.

At the end of the event, many active trade union leaders involved in the activation of trade union activities were awarded the medal ‘excellent trade unionist’, Certificate of Honour and Letter of Gratitude.
