THE FIRST CERTIFIED CYBERNOMETRISTS OF KAZAKHSTAN
From September 16 to September 25, 2024, the Institute for Advanced Training and Additional Education (IAT&AE) together with the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as part of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals of Kazakhstan (SDG 4 - Quality Education, SDG 17 - Partnership for Sustainable Development), held a practical advanced training course on the topic "Systemic cyber training technologies in psychology, pedagogy, management and entrepreneurship" for psychologists, teachers, leaders, managers, organizers, social workers" in an offline format. The training was conducted under the guidance of foreign trainers - independent researchers from Finland, Vasily Savvovich Beloly and Nadezhda Aleksandrovna Beloly.
The course program was rich and interesting.
The theoretical part of the course covered the concept of joint activity in psychology, specific processes and factors of joint activity according to N.N. Obozov: compatibility, coherence, interpersonal relationships and interaction, cooperation, rivalry, intergroup competition; history and theory of the creation of the cybernometer by R. Lambert - N.N. Obozov - V.S. Beloly. Classes were held in the format of lectures, practical classes and discussions.
The practical part of the course was aimed at familiarization with the hardware and technical device called "cybernometer" and working with it. The cybernometer is used as a tool for psychological diagnostics, research and training.
The main goal of the practical classes:
- develop skills and practical abilities in working with the cybernometer, which are important and necessary for successful work in pedagogical, research, management and social activities;
- instill the basics of positive psychology of cooperation in pedagogical and managerial culture, management;
- teach the rational use of personnel reserves for effective teams.
The trainers also taught how to create a paper version of the cybernometer depending on the area of application, and provided the participants with materials for independent study and tasks for the practical application of the knowledge gained.
The course participants included representatives of various professions: military personnel, university professors, heads of various university departments and a psychological center, employees of a health center, doctoral students and master's students.
The course participants highly appreciated the ideology, level of training and skill of the trainers from Finland - Vasily Savvovich Belola and Nadezhda Aleksandrovna Belola, as well as the professionalism and excellent organizational skills of Professor Maira Pobedovna Kabakova.
They expressed deep gratitude for the knowledge gained, practical skills and abilities that they acquired during the training.
Thus, the course on systemic cyber training technologies in psychology, pedagogy, management and entrepreneurship was successfully conducted and brought the participants valuable experience and knowledge in the field of education and psychology.
