Аn accordance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 4) on "Quality Education," a round table was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, within the framework of the Department of "Pedagogy and Educational Management," under the guidance of Senior Lecturer M.D. Murzagulova. The topic of the round table was "Technologies of Socio-Pedagogical Work with Adolescents with Deviant Behavior."
Future social pedagogues shared their various experiences working with difficult children, demonstrating the application of different methods and approaches. These included group therapy, motivational interviews, art therapy, as well as practical exercises and training aimed at developing social skills. The purpose of the round table was to introduce students and educators to new approaches in working with children with deviant behavior, as well as to foster deep knowledge and skills in the field of social pedagogy at a professional level. The participants gained a wealth of new insights and enhanced their readiness to work effectively with children exhibiting deviant behavior in the future. This event marked an important step in the field of pedagogy at our university and will contribute to the continued improvement of work to provide assistance and social support to children in difficult life situations.
