A training seminar on the topic "Journey to the future" was organized.

On December 5, 2024, at 11:00, a seminar-training on the topic "Journey into the Future" was organized at Secondary School № 205 for  pupils with special educational needs and theirparents. The event was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi KazNU and was held withinthe framework of SDG  №17 "Partnership for achieving sustainable development goals." The seminar-training was organized by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences A.B. Mukasheva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences B.I. Imanbekova and master’s degree students of the educational program "Medical and Pedagogical Support of Inclusive Education" – Darhan Asel, Myrzabek Dinara, and Uskumbaeva Aizhan. The event also involved school psychologists and the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

During the training, developmental and cognitive exercises were conducted, in which bothchildren and their parents actively participated. This contributed to improving mutual understandingand strengthening family relationships.

In addition, the seminar contributed to a deeper understanding of inclusive education and the importance of partnership between the university, school, and family in the development of inclusive education. It was emphasized that only the joint efforts of educators and parents can provide effective support for children with special educational needs and help them successfully integrate into society.

The event played an important role in emotionally uniting children and their parents. The training helped parents realize the importance of their psychological support for the successful socialization of their children.
