Scientific and methodological seminar for teaching staff and young scientists

On January 15, 2025, a scientific and methodological seminar for faculty and young scientists started at the Faculty of Journalism of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

On the topic of "Academic Writing", Acting Professor Karlyga Mysayeva made a report, and Marlan Negizbayeva, Chairman of the Academic Committee on the Quality of Education and Training, spoke about the preparation of the discipline's educational and methodological complex and the creation of an Interactive syllabus.

Sagynysh Madiev, Chief Specialist of the Department of Training and Certification of Scientific Personnel, explained to doctoral and undergraduate students the rules and requirements for defending doctoral and master's theses.

Doctoral and undergraduate students of the educational programs "International Journalism" and "Public Relations" and "Ethnojournalism" of the UNESCO Department of Journalism and Communications also took an active part in this event.

Teachers and young scientists of the faculty received answers to their questions from specialists in the specialized industry, as a result of which a useful and effective bilateral seminar was held.
