The goal of the winter school was to provide instructors with opportunities to prepare thoroughly for the upcoming spring semester. Participants had the chance to exchange experiences and master important skills related to preparing educational and methodological materials. Professor Ә.Ғ. Kөshim, chair of the Academic Committee on Education and Quality, led the seminar. One of the highlights of the event was its separate sessions for each department, which allowed participants to focus on their specific needs and challenges.

The main focus of the winter school seminar was the preparation of syllabus and educational-methodological complex (EMC) documents. During the discussion, Professor Kөshim shared detailed information about the significance, structure, and role of these documents in the educational process. He also discussed advanced methods for syllabus development, student assessment criteria, lesson planning, and learning outcomes formation.

Participants shared their experiences in preparing syllabus and EMC and explored ways to overcome difficulties. Professor Kөshim offered concrete examples and tips for creating high-quality educational and methodological documents. He also introduced modern approaches to improving curriculum based on international experience.

During the winter school seminar, instructors gained significant experience and improved their professional skills. In particular, the knowledge gained in preparing syllabi and EMCs will undoubtedly contribute to the high quality and effective delivery of the spring semester.

The winter school seminar provided an important platform for active exchange of opinions and experience among instructors. These events contribute significantly to the academic development of our faculty and enhance the quality of education. We would like to express our gratitude to Professor А.G. Koshim and all participants for organizing the winter school seminar at a high level and providing valuable information.
