Advanced training as an important part of the educational process

Advanced training of the faculty of the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University is a strategically important element for maintaining a high level of the educational process and scientific research. In the context of constant changes in legislation and judicial practice, it is necessary to promptly update the knowledge and skills of teachers so that they can prepare students for the real challenges of the legal system.
Seminars and trainings for the faculty are held regularly, and each of them is not only an opportunity to exchange experiences, but also to update knowledge so that they correspond to the current standards of legal science and practice. One of such important seminars was today's training, which was dedicated to the reform of the criminal procedure legislation of the country.
The faculty of the Law Faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University continues to actively work on improving their professional training and participates in a 72-hour advanced training course "Fundamentals of Law and Anti-Corruption Culture". PhD in Law, Assoc. Professor Sharipova A.B. Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Forensic Science presented one of the most pressing topics in the field of jurisprudence - the reform of the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is important that such events not only contribute to the development of the teaching staff, but also influence the quality of education as a whole, ensuring the training of qualified specialists who can work effectively in the conditions of the modern legal system of Kazakhstan.
