On October 24, a special and important meeting was held in Kazakhstan, organized by the «Sunkar» trade union of students and undergraduates, on the occasion of Librarians' Day. This event was organized with the participation of active students and was aimed at promoting the importance of library work, developing a reading culture among young people, and highly appreciating the work of librarians.

The purpose of the event was to honor the work of librarians and encourage young people to visit libraries more often and read books. During the meeting, the participants widely discussed the importance of the work of library workers, their role in education and information dissemination. This event served as a bridge between librarians and students, allowing each side to learn from each other and exchange new ideas.

The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. In particular, young people were invited to see libraries not only as educational institutions, but also as centers of culture and education, and as places where they can deepen their knowledge. Holding such meetings will undoubtedly increase interest in libraries and make a significant contribution to the development of a reading culture among young people.
