A special lecture was held with the participation of 4th-year students of the Department of Mathematical and Computer Modeling at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, as well as top performers in the IT field. The event was attended by Zhumash Magzhan, founder of the Ioka.kz platform, and Madi Muratuly, recognized for his successful projects in the field of Big Data. They provided students with comprehensive information about the intersection of Mathematical and Computer Modeling and the IT industry, as well as insights into its future.

The main goal of the lecture was to demonstrate the impact of digital technologies on business and society, as well as to inspire students to clearly define their future professions. The speakers extensively shared information regarding their areas of work. “Big Data is not just a technology; it is a powerful force that changes business and life,” one of the speakers said.

During the lecture, the founders of Ioka.kz shared their experiences in creating modern platforms, financial technologies, electronic payments, and intuitive solutions for users. They emphasized the high potential of the students’ field of study to contribute to the industry. The Big Data expert demonstrated with concrete examples how business decisions can be optimized using data and how students can apply the knowledge they acquire.
