Youth is an important resource for any state in various spheres of life. Science is no exception. In this industry, the process of becoming a specialist is particularly complex. Time, patience and experienced mentors are needed. Attention to youth in Kazakhstan has noticeably increased after the publication of the resolution "On Science and Technological Policy". The Council of Young Scientists was created at the National Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the first Congress of Young Scientists was held. In many ways, educational institutions are at the origins of involving young men and women in science.
It is gratifying that bachelors of the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies of the University show interest in research work from the first semester, take part in competitions and conferences. At the XI International Scientific and Practical Conference "WORLD OF SCIENCE", held on January 30, 2025 in Penza (Russian Federation), the scientific work of second-year student K.E. Sagatbek received a positive assessment. The conference was held by the International Center for Scientific Cooperation "Science and Education".
