SDG 4: “Quality Education” – future lawyers combined their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, exploring the real-world applications of legal work.

On March 15, 2025, students of Group 107, under the guidance of Sh.D. Sovetkhan, a lecturer from the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Labor Law, visited the Alatau District Prosecutor’s Office and met with the prosecutor.

 

�� During the meeting, students gained valuable insights into the work of the prosecutor’s office, the role of prosecutors in the legal system, and their significance in ensuring the rule of law. They also learned about the duties of prosecutors in criminal and civil cases.

 

�� This event aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), covering the following key areas:

�� SDG 16: “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions” – students developed an understanding of the importance of transparency in the legal system and ensuring fair justice.

�� SDG 4: “Quality Education” – future lawyers combined their theoretical knowledge with practical experience, exploring the real-world applications of legal work.

�� This experience allowed students to gain a deeper understanding of the prosecution system and develop critical legal thinking skills.
