Recently, at the Faculty of Philology of t Al-  Farabi Kazakh National University,  the 1st year PhD  student majoring in " 8D02310-Innovative Literary Studies” Alibek Shegebayev  held a demonstration  seminar on the topic: "Literary and Artistic Searches in the Creative  Works   by  Zhambyl and Folk Poets"   for the  2nd year students  majoring in  6B02306-Literary Studies within the framework of  "Kazakh literature of the XX century" course. The  seminar was  held within the framework of SDG 4:  Quality Education"  and as a part of  pedagogical practice under the guidance of senior teacher Sh.Shortanbay, as well as Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakh literature and theory of literature, Doctor of Philology G. Zh.Bolatova.

literary and artistic searches in the works  by  Zhambyl Zhabayev and other folk poets constitute a special branch of  Kazakh literature. These searches are mainly based on the oral tradition of our national literature and are aimed at a deep reflection of the spiritual world, culture and social life of the Kazakh people. Zhambyl and other folk poets introduced a new content and form  to  literature, using various artistic techniques and bright techniques in their works. Several main aspects of artistic pursuits in their work can be noted.

Конец формыToday, Zhambyl's works are a  part of the national culture of the Kazakh people, and his literary heritage is passed down from generation to generation. The guest of honor at   the  lesson was the famous poet, Honored Worker of  Kazakhstan, Zhambyl scholar  Bekzhan Ashirbayev and Zhambyl's great-grandson, famous translator Bulan Zhambyl. Bekzhan Ashirbayev   having studied the works by   the poet Zhambyl in detail, expressed the opinion that the poet’s  heritage should be revised and studied in a new way from the point of view of  the present day, and Bulan, the poet’s  great-grandson, told about the interesting ans less-known facts from the life of his great father.  The teacher used the following teaching techniques:  Q & A, creative and team work, analysis, interactive methods. The  students took an active part in the lesson. The seminar also included  the discussion of a new topic and the analysis of active questions posed by the  students. This lesson was held at a highly organized methodological level and the goals and objectives were achieved.
