Scientific and Practical Conference: “Medicine of the Future”

On April 16, 2025, the Department of General Medical Practice of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted a scientific and practical conference titled “Medicine of the Future” in a hybrid format.

The event brought together specialists in healthcare, science, education, and high technology to discuss current trends and future directions in modern medicine.

The conference served as a platform for sharing scientific achievements, practical experience, and innovative approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. The program included discussions on the integration of digital technologies into healthcare, the application of artificial intelligence, the development of telemedicine, personalized approaches to patient care, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of innovative medicine. In addition, the conference addressed the use of biological markers for predicting individual disease risk, early detection, evaluating treatment effectiveness and outcomes, and the development of new pharmaceutical products.

The conference featured presentations by leading domestic and international scientists, practicing physicians from various specialties, faculty members, and students from medical universities, including doctoral candidates, master's students, interns, and senior-year students, along with representatives from educational and research institutions.

Participants presented research findings, clinical case studies, and projects aimed at improving the efficiency and accessibility of medical care.

At the conclusion of the event, participants emphasized the relevance of the topics discussed and expressed confidence that such gatherings contribute to the rapid implementation of innovations in healthcare.
