“Anxiety – approaching a profession with heart and making conscious choices”

On April 18, 2025, a motivational seminar for 3rd-year students of the Religious Studies program was held at the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The event was organized by the Department of Religious Studies and Cultural Studies.
The seminar was conducted within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals and aimed to help future professionals understand their inner world and make conscious, responsible career choices.
The speaker of the seminar was Baimurat Anarbekuly, a teacher, trainer, and entrepreneur. He engaged with students in an open and sincere discussion, sharing his life experience and knowledge. His speech served as a strong source of motivation, emphasizing that a profession should be chosen not just as a duty, but with the heart.
Key topics addressed during the seminar included:
• The importance of personal anxiety – as a foundation for self-awareness, responsibility, and conscious action;

As a result of the seminar, students realized that only a profession chosen consciously and with passion brings true success and happiness.
