The forum served as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue between representatives of academia, the diplomatic corps, and expert communities from Kazakhstan, China, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan. Welcoming remarks were delivered by Ms. Jiang Wei, Consul General of the PRC in Almaty, and A.B. Tasibaev, Vice-Rector for Financial Affairs and Infrastructure Development of Al-Farabi KazNU.

Among the participants were representatives from the Gansu provincial administration, as well as professors and researchers from Lanzhou University, Xinjiang University, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, Shaanxi University, Fudan University, and other academic institutions.

During plenary sessions, thematic panels, and expert discussions, participants explored a wide range of issues, including international legal mechanisms for environmental protection, the digital transformation of public administration, prospects for the development of renewable energy sources, and the legal foundations for implementing the Belt and Road Initiative. Special attention was given to the potential for academic cooperation and the engagement of youth in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The forum reaffirmed the high relevance of multilateral scientific and cultural cooperation across the Eurasian space, contributed to strengthening inter-university partnerships, and played a significant role in shaping the modern international research and educational agenda.
