Regular Meeting of Student Dormitory Managers

On September 29, 2025, a joint meeting of student dormitory managers and student campus staff was held. The main goal of the meeting was to analyze living conditions, discipline, and safety levels in student dormitories, as well as to coordinate ongoing efforts to create a comfortable environment for students and to identify upcoming tasks.
During the meeting, important issues were discussed, including compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards, the operational status and safety of technical equipment, and the readiness of fire safety systems. Additionally, measures to prevent disciplinary violations among students, monitoring compliance with internal rules, improving the cultural and social atmosphere within dormitories, and enhancing the effectiveness of cooperation with student organizations and mentoring groups were thoroughly reviewed.
The meeting put forward specific proposals regarding cleaning and landscaping of the student campus area, preparation for the autumn-winter season, new initiatives aimed at improving living conditions, and improving the system for promptly addressing requests and suggestions from dormitory residents. Participants emphasized that creating comfortable living conditions for students is a shared responsibility not only of the dormitory managers but of the entire student campus team.
