University structure and the role of students in the educational process

As part of Sustainable Development Goal “№4 Quality Education” an educational session was held with second-year students of the Kazakh group of the educational programme «6B07301-Geodesy and Cartography». The topic of the session was «University structure and the role of students in the educational process». 

The purpose of the event is to provide students with comprehensive information about the structure of the university, faculty and department. In addition, by explaining the role of students in the educational process, it aims to foster a positive attitude towards learning, university life and personal responsibility, as well as to cultivate academic integrity, discipline and culture.

At the end of the event, students gained a comprehensive understanding of the university's structure and their importance in the educational process. They clearly understood their responsibilities and were able to realise their accountability for their studies and education. At the end of the event, students realised the need to follow the university's academic policy, to be responsible in the educational process, to respect their faculty, department and speciality, and to actively participate in the social life of the educational institution.
