On September 18, 2025, an expanded meeting was held at the Akimat of the Nauryzbay district in Almaty to discuss the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.-J. Tokayev, to the People of Kazakhstan.

The meeting brought together key development partners: the Akim of the district N.A. Togysbayeva, responsible administration staff, representatives of law enforcement agencies, scholars, public figures, and entrepreneurs.

Professor of the Department of World History, Historiography and Source Studies at Al-Farabi KazNU, Boris Alikenovich Zhaparov, focused attention on the central theme of the Address: digital transformation and the necessity of widespread implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and intelligent systems. He specifically emphasized that the successful integration of digital technologies and AI into the work of young civil servants must be coupled with strict adherence to legality and discipline.

In the context of SDG-17 (“Partnership for the Goals”), this gathering exemplified effective cooperation between local authorities, academia, and the community to collectively address national priorities. The District Akim called upon all participants to work in unity to achieve the goals outlined in the Address at the district level.
