Informative Lecture on Sustainable Development Goals Held for 2nd-Year Students at Al-Farabi KazNU

Today, a thought-provoking lecture on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was held for second-year students, organized by the international organization ENACTUS and Professor Gulnar Tuleukhadirovna Aigarinova, Candidate of Legal Sciences, from the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

The lecture focused on the history of the SDGs and their relevance in the modern world. Students received a detailed explanation of all 17 goals and the important role young people play in achieving them.

The event was conducted in an interactive format: participants shared their thoughts, engaged in discussions, and explored real-life examples of how the SDGs are being implemented in Kazakhstan and globally. At the end of the session, students reflected on how the global ideas of sustainable development relate to their own lives, gaining both knowledge and inspiration.
