National Scientific-Practical Conference "Sustainable Development and Environmental Future"

On October 16, 2025, at the initiative of the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law of the Faculty of Law at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a national scientific-practical conference on the topic “Sustainable Development and Environmental Future” was held. The event was dedicated to a comprehensive examination of legal, financial, and customs-related aspects aimed at ensuring environmental safety and sustainable development in the country.

Leading legal experts, scholars, faculty members, and students actively participated in the conference. During the event, current issues of environmental law, sustainable development strategies, financial mechanisms, and the effectiveness of the customs regulation system were discussed.

The organizer of the conference, Doctor of Law, Professor G.A. Kuanalieva, together with the department team, shared their professional experience and research results, providing participants with valuable knowledge.
