On November 15, 2025, the first-year students of group 106 of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, under the guidance of Erkenaz Bazartaykyzy, took part in an educational excursion to the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was organized within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 — “Quality Education.” 📚✨
The visit to the National Library became a truly profound intellectual and spiritual experience for the students. The library stands as a guardian of the centuries-old heritage of the Kazakh people, preserving unique books, rare manuscripts, and archival documents that reflect the historical and cultural development of Kazakhstan🌟

During the excursion, the students explored modern reading halls, the rare books collection, digital resource centers, and several archival sections that are usually restricted for public access. Each hall and exhibit revealed new layers of the nation’s cultural and spiritual wealth.
The ancient manuscripts, first printed editions, and works of prominent Kazakh thinkers especially impressed the students. Having the opportunity to see such invaluable cultural treasures firsthand inspired a deeper interest in science, reading, and personal development. 💡📖

This excursion was not just an academic activity but also a powerful stimulus for spiritual and intellectual growth. Such experiences broaden students’ worldview, nurture respect for national heritage, and strengthen critical thinking skills. A library is not merely a place to read — it is a sacred space that connects the past with the present and preserves the spirit of cultural continuity. ❤️
The visit left vivid impressions, strengthened students’ motivation for learning, and inspired them to continue exploring new knowledge and opportunities.
