Transformational Game for Political Image Formation
On December 3, 2025, at the Department of Political Science and Political Technologies, a transformational game on the topic «Forming the Image of a Political Leader» was held among first-year master’s students of the Political Science program as part of the UN Sustainable Development Goals No. 4 – «Quality Education» and No. 16 – «Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions».
The transformational game was organized within the framework of the course «Political Marketing.» The main purpose of the event was to develop participants’ skills in strategic thinking, personal positioning, team communication, and effective resource management – all essential competencies in modern political practice.
The interactive game format is well integrated into the course, allowing students to practically explore key qualities and competencies required for successful political projects: decision-making under uncertainty, audience analysis, development of influence strategies, engagement with public opinion, and management of risks and resistance.
During the game, each participant had the opportunity to explore their strengths, discover hidden resources, and identify potential barriers in achieving socio-political goals.
