SDG 4. Kazakh State Academic Theatre for Children and Youth named after G. Musrepov
The adaptation of listeners arriving from abroad to society is greatly facilitated by the fact that in their extracurricular time they take excursions to the picturesque landmarks of our city and regularly visit cultural institutions such as theaters and cinemas. This significantly contributes to their faster integration into the social environment. In this regard, within the framework of the SDGs 4–11 program, listeners of Group 8 of the Department of Pre-University Training, together with the group curator M. B. Amirkanov, attended the performance ‘Kulager’ at the Kazakh State Academic Theatre for Children and Youth named after G. Musrepov.
The purpose of this cultural and educational event was to familiarize the listeners with the spiritual values of Kazakh literature and theatrical art, to increase their interest in the national cultural heritage, and to develop their aesthetic taste.
During the event, the listeners were provided with brief information about the history of the G. Musrepov Theatre and its repertoire orientation. In addition, explanations were given regarding the culture of audience behavior in the theater, and the content and main idea of the performance were explained in advance.
During the performance, the listeners became acquainted with the stage interpretation of Ilyas Zhansugurov’s poem ‘Kulager’ and perceived in a new way the tragic fate of the legendary steed Kulager and the dramatic image of Aqan Seri. The musical accompaniment, choreography, lighting design, and the sincere acting of the performers made a deep impression on the listeners
