“Healthy Lifestyle in the Context of Academic Learning”
On December 22, 2025, an open educational session titled “Healthy Lifestyle in the Context of Academic Learning” was held at the Department of Turkology and Theory of Language. The event was organized by PhD, Associate Professor Marina Zhambylkyzy and PhD Utemgaliyeva Nasikhat Adaykhankyzy, with the participation of doctoral students Dzhonsiova Gulbakyt and Omarhaliyeva Moldir.
During the session, students discussed the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle during academic studies, focusing on the impact of physical activity, balanced nutrition, and proper rest on academic performance and overall well-being. The concept of biohacking and its practical application in everyday life were also explored, along with national projects and initiatives promoting a healthy lifestyle in Kazakhstan.
As part of the event, students were divided into small groups to analyze their daily sleep patterns, energy levels, water intake, stress management, physical activity, and dietary habits, followed by a reflection session. With the participation of a guest fitness trainer, short practical exercises were demonstrated, including warm-up routines, yoga elements, and functional movements. At the conclusion of the session, students recognized the role of a healthy lifestyle in achieving academic success and personal well-being, emphasizing the importance of mindful health management.
